Shipping
All orders, unless otherwise noted, will ship from Ohio, 43527. Shipping for each toilet is $40 in the continental United States and will ship via UPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, ad PO Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service. If there is a need for expedited delivery, please contact us at 251-295-3043 to obtain a quote for expedited shipping costs.
If you orderd your toilet online from natureshead.net, you should receive an email giving you the tracking number. You may use the carrier's tracking system to check the status once it has been picked up and scanned into the carrier's system.
We can ship to many countries outside of the United States, however please contact the distributor in those countries to see if they can process your order prior to contacting us. If the distributor is unable to assist you with your order, please email us at sales@natureshead.net to obtain a quote. Any duties and/or fees required to be paid to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery Time
We maintain an adequate stock to fulfill all order that come to us. If we receive your order before 1:00 pm Eastern Time on Monday through Thursday, it will normally be shipped out that same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be shipped out that day, if at all possible, but will normally go out the next day.
We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS for shipping. We cannot guarantee the number of shipping days, but under most circumstances, orders shipping to the East Coast will be delivered in 2-3 days. Orders to the Midwest and West Coast may take 4-5 days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take 5-7 days.
Once the order ships, we will send an email with the tracking number.

Returns
We are confident that you will be pleased with your Nature's Head Composting Toilet. If you find, however, that you would like to return it, you may do so within 60 days of the receipt of your unit. We will reimburse you for the price you paid for the unit, not including any shipping costs.
- We accept the return of the units that have never been used or installed.
- You must obtain prior authorization.
- If you purchased the unit from an authorized distributor, you must obtain authorization from the distributor
- If you purchased the unit directly from Nature's Head, please email us directly.
- Do not dispose of the original box in which you received the unit. We request that you return the unit in the same box in which you received it, and with all the original packing materials. if the box is unsuitable for shipping, please inform us of this at the time you receive your authorization.
- Make sure that all the parts you received with the unit are included when you re-package the unit for return. We will deduct the price of any unreturned parts form your refund.
- Include a copy of your original receipt in the box. Indicate the name of the person who authorized the return and the authorization date on the invoice.
- Seal the box and ship it to us. Once we receive your unit, we will inventory and inspect the unit. If the package is complete and the unit has never been used, we will process your refund.
- It is the repsonsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping cost. You can either pay for the return shipping yourself, or we can send a label to you and deduct the cost form your refund total.
