Nature’s Head® orders ship from Ohio and are carefully packed to arrive safely and ready for installation.

Lower 48 States

Shipping on toilets and toilet kits within the continental United States is free.

35L Coco Coir Orders

If purchased with a toilet, 35L coco coir ships separately and will result in an additional $20 shipping charge.

Alaska, Hawaii & PO Boxes

Orders ship via United States Postal Service.

International Orders

Please contact your regional distributor first or email sales@natureshead.net for a shipping quote. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking updates are automatically sent once the package is in the hands of USPS or UPS and has been scanned into the carrier system.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship quickly.

Same Day

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Monday–Thursday typically ship the same day. Orders are processed on business days only.

Friday Closure

The factory is closed on Fridays, so orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

2–3 Days

Typical East Coast delivery timeframe.

4–5 Days

Typical Midwest and West Coast delivery timeframe.

5–7 Days

Typical Alaska and Hawaii delivery timeframe. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns

60-day return window for unused and uninstalled units.

If you decide your Nature’s Head® Composting Toilet is not right for your setup, unused and uninstalled units may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

Prior authorization is required before returning any unit.

Units purchased through distributors must be authorized by the distributor.

Return the unit in the original box with all included parts and packaging materials.

Include a copy of your receipt and authorization information inside the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.

We do not accept returns of any used items. If returned items are missing components or accessories, the cost of those missing items will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund total. Refunds are processed after inspection confirms the unit(s) or part(s) are unused, complete, and in acceptable condition.
