The Nature's Head Warranty
We are confident that your NATURE'S HEAD composting toilet has been manufactured to the strictest of standards with materials that have been carefully selected to give you years of service.
Your NATURE'S HEAD composting toilet and its components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the initial purchase date. The details of our warranty can be found at the bottom of this page.
We have a record of excellent customer service and promise to resolve problems with fairness and speed. If you have a problem with your unit, please contact us immediately by email sales@natureshead.net so that we may work with you to solve the problem; include your telephone number and mailing address in your email.
Register Your Nature’s Head Warranty
You may register your warranty for your purchase of a Nature’s Head here, or you may mail us the card that you received with your toilet.
Please note that we must have the date of your purchase, and if you purchased your toilet via one of our distributors, we will have no record of your purchase unless you have registered either by mail or by submitting the form online.
